IPVOICE.COM PAIRS WITH STAR
IP telephony vendor IPVoice.com has signed a carrier agreement with STAR Telecommunications that will help spread its voice-over-IP product until its own network gateways are running. STAR provides global telecom services to consumers, carriers and multinational corporations.
