INTERVOICE ADDS VOICE OVER IP
Call center vendor InterVoice will beta test voice-over-IP capabilities in its line of call processing platforms this month and make the function available by the end of the year. For service providers, the native voice-over-IP solution will act as an IP media server for enhanced services, including calling card and debit calls, messaging and Internet voice recognition applications.
