ICG REPORTS MIXED Q4
ICG posted a fourth quarter operating loss of $100 million, or $2.10 per share, on revenue of $142.1 million. The company installed a record 133,000 business access lines and ISP ports in the quarter, bringing the year-end total to 731,000, more than double 1998's total.
