HSA HEADED FOR CHARTER-VILLE
High Speed Access began deploying broadband services in four cable franchises owned by Charter Communications. The four new systems - in Beckley, Charleston and Parkersburg, W. Va., and Jasper, Ala., - will add 220,000 homes passed to HSA's national footprint.
