High-efficiency power supplies

These single- and multiple-output power supplies are designed for computers and office automation equipment. The available outputs range from 3.3 V at 10 A to 48 V at 1.8 A. The compact power supplies accept universal power input from 90 to 265 V, 47 to 63 Hz, single-phase AC and 120 to 370 VDC. Air filters These Quadrafoam and Polyester air filters have attained "CE" compliance for use in Europe. To satisfy requirements, they have been recognized as UL 94 HF-1. Power conditioner The Topaz MP1 Power Conditioner (7.5 to 15 kVA) offers microprocessor-controlled tap changer technology and delivers 95% efficiency. High-ripple current capacitors The Type GW high-performance electrolytic capacitors can operate at ripple currents ranging up to 100 and can be used with standard, switchmode and uninterruptible power supplies, frequency converters and welding equipment. VSAT power amplifiers These VSAT power amplifiers are designed for mobile applications, including credit card verification and downloading information to a mobile source. They offer three amplifiers in each C- and Ku-band, with saturated output power from 2 to 3 W in C-band and 0.5 to 2 W in Ku-band. The C-band amplifiers cover 5.9 to 7.1 GHz. Digital-to-analog converter The H15760 10-bit digital-to-analog converter provides wide spurious free dynamic range and low harmonic distortion. It consumes only 165 mW at 5 V and has a power down mode, at which it consumes only 9.3 mW at 3 V. The H15760 is available for $8.80 in quantities of 100. Slim external power supplies The SSL40 Series is a 40 W universal input AC/DC external Class 2 power supply for desktop and mobile applications, such as network adaptors, DSL modems, cable modems, flat panel displays and external storage devices. It weighs only 7.06 oz. and is housed in a slim plastic enclosure. It provides six single-output models from 12 to 48 V. All six output models offer total line and load regulation to within plus/minus 0.2%. Overvoltage and short circuit protection are standard features. WLL RF power subsystem The SC5000W platform is designed for wideband CDMA wireless networks operating from 2.37 to 2.4 GHz and is targeted at wireless local loop and fixed wireless access applications. Fifteen-slot chassis Model 7490 Series of 15-slot, medium-capacity, rackmount chassis allows users to customize a standard off-the-shelf system to their own requirements. Users can select various base models, back planes and power supply options. System features include Pentium II back planes, power supplies and front panel controls. Three-phase UPS The on-line three-phase Comet uninterruptible power supply consists of a solid-state inverter, rectifier/battery charger, continuous-duty static switch, and internal maintenance bypass switch and battery plant. The pulse-width modulated inverter uses insulated gate bipolar transistors with Digital Power Quality logic microcircuitry. It is rated for 100% step loads and supports all standard input voltages. Power meters The EPM Series of single- and dual-channel power meters feature an internal, rechargeable-battery option; serial interfaces; and zero/calibration lockout. The power meters are now available with RS-232 and RS-422 serial interfaces to provide improved connectivity to a PC for data storage and manipulation. The zero/calibration feature prevents the power meter from taking measurements before the connected sensor has been zeroed and calibrated.
