Cox Communications is teaming with RoseTel Systems to provide Orange County, Calif., commercial customers with broadcast-quality real-time videoconferencing capabilities. Cox is using its fiber optic network as a backbone and T-1 line connectivity to deliver a constant 30 frames per second.
