Geneva Technology will integrate Tivoli's network and systems management software with its rating and billing engine to provide real-time solutions for ISPs, ASPs and providers of mobile IP and broadband services. The integrated solution will provide authentication, authorization and accounting, provisioning, rating, convergent billing, revenue management and Web-based self-care.
