ENRON BEGINS BANDWIDTH EXCHANGE
Enron has rung the opening bell on its new U.S. bandwidth commodity exchange. The exchange will link carriers that need spot deals for minutes on short notice via networks with spare capacity in the U.S. The company plans to expand operations to include international minutes in May 2000.
