Enikia, Oneline reach Phase 2

Enikia and Oneline, a subsidiary of the German utility E.ON Energie, forged ahead with plans to deploy broadband services to consumers. The pair is in the second phase of an agreement to link consumer electronics, telephones and home office products to the Internet and the telecom network over electrical power lines.
