The TAS 8250 cable network and interference emulator emulates HFC cable network impairments, including band-limited noise, QAM-16, QPSK, AM and CW interferers. The band-limited noise impairment models ingress - classified as noise within a narrow band of frequencies. This product can be configured to emulate two different cable system frequency plans: the 5 to 42/50 to 860 MHz systems for the U.S. and the 5 to 65/80 to 860 MHz systems for Europe.
