EarthLink grabs IBS subs, grows DSL
EarthLink will acquire the consumer dial-up business of IBS Interactive, paying cash for each IBS subscriber that remains with EarthLink. IBS is merging with two other companies into an e-business services supplier. EarthLink also has expanded its Biz DSL service to 10 more cities, bringing the total number of markets where the service is available to 14.
