DV2 teams with VideoNEXT
CLEC DV2 will pair up with VideoNEXT to develop IP-based video communications services. Under the deal, VideoNEXT will co-locate video technology at DV2's points of presence to deliver video over the carrier's DSL infrastructure. DV2 holds CLEC licenses in Florida, Georgia and North Carolina, and expects certification in 13 other states by the end of 2000.
