Diode networks
The RCO series of EMI/RFI RC Schottky diode networks performs high-speed data transmissions to reduce wave reflections and signal ringing that may damage system performance. It offers multiple terminating lines per package in a low-profile surface mount network. The resistance range is 10 z to 10 Kz with a capacitance range of 10 to 100 pF. The diode capacitance is 5 pF, and it's available in body styles such as wide SOIC, QSOP, and 0.6, 0.5 and 0.4 mm die packs. KOA Speer Electronics www.koaspeer.com
