COURT REAFFIRMS FCC POWER
The 2nd Court of Appeals in New York ruled late last week that the FCC's licensing decisions are the "exclusive jurisdiction of the federal courts of appeals" and not subject to ruling by bankruptcy courts. The decision is just the latest in the FCC's efforts to cancel NextWave's PCS license.
