In Telephony's Optical Networks supplement (March 18), a story incorrectly stated that while Yipes, Telseon and XO Communications report strong demand for gig-E services, they are struggling with debt issues. Telseon does not have any debt and as a private company does not publicly report financial results.

In the March 25 issue of Telephony (page 8), it was incorrectly reported that Alltel purchased Verizon access lines in Alabama and Missouri. Alltel purchased 600,000 Verizon access lines in Kentucky. CenturyTel purchased 675,000 Verizon access lines in Alabama and Missouri.
Telephony regrets the errors.
