Connecticut Tel makes a buy; BTI Telecom finishes network

Connecticut Telephone purchased the Connecticut network assets of Digital Broadband Communications. The acquisition will expand Connecticut Telephone's offering to include DSL, frame relay and ATM services on its own network. The company plans to bundle DSL services with current offerings.
