Infonet Services has expanded its DialXpress remote access services nationally, with access now available in more than 400 U.S. cities. The company plans another expansion this summer, making DialXpress available in 750 cities across the country.

Cavalier Telephone has installed its 10,000th telephone line in Richmond, Va., since August 1999. The company also completed the installation of its Hampton Road, Va.-area switch and has begun cutting over customers, part of the company's $75 million expansion into northern Virginia.

Tricom will use Net2Phone's global dedicated IP network to route calls from the Dominican Republic to various international destinations.
