CLECs BOOMING
Total service revenues for CLECs increased from $9.5 billion in 1998 to $23.6 billion in 1999, an increase of 152%, according to the "CLEC Report 2000" from New Paradigm Resources Group. Data services jumped from $2.5 billion in 1998 to $9.5 billion.
