Capsule Communications was delisted by Nasdaq at the opening of business on March 6. Capsule is not appealing the Nasdaq determination and expects its securities to trade on the OTC bulletin board.

US LEC will provide voice and data services to 10 campuses for ECPI College of Technology. The company will offer bundled local, long-distance, Internet access and digital private line services to ECPI's campuses in Northern Virginia, Richmond and Norfolk/Virginia Beach, Va., and Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, N.C.

Allegiance Telecom will offer telecom services to small and medium-sized businesses in the San Antonio metropolitan area, Allegiance's 28th market nationwide. The company will offer local, long-distance, high-speed data transmission and electronic commerce services.
