CABLE & WIRELESS SPEEDS UP
Cable & Wireless announced the activation of multiple OC-48 capacities on the East Coast as part of its nationwide migration plan to OC-192. C & W intends to finish the OC-48 upgrades by the end of this year and the OC-192 upgrade by the end of 2001.
