BMC patrols PSINet
PSINet will use BMC Software's Patrol products to monitor and manage performance of its Internet services. Patrol software measures end-user response time and reports on compliance with SLAs. The software also provides PSINet with automated diagnostic capabilities that determine the root cause of network failures and predicts the impact of business changes.
