TeleGea provides service delivery management to Go-Comm

ATLANTA--Expansion drove Dallas-based CLEC Go-Comm in search of a new solution for service delivery assurance. The provider of IP-based telecom services chose the Accelerator Platform of Waltham, Mass.-based TeleGea.

Service delivery assurance provides process visualization and analysis for service providers, such as Go-Comm, to assure their services are efficiently and reliably delivered. It also eliminates fulfillment errors.

TeleGea put Go-Comm through its test drive program, which allows companies to apply TeleGea’s service delivery solution to specific problems in their network at no cost.

“Point us to a problem, and in 30 days we will build a solution,” said Kevin Farrell, vice president of management and marketing at TeleGea.

Last month at TeleManagement World, TeleGea completed one of the organizations’ Catalyst projects by integrating its Accelerator Platform with Ciena’s ON-Center Management Suite and demonstrating its solution for lifecycle management for intelligent optical networks.
