AutoCell Enterprise, AutoCell Consumer and AutoCell View, which is being demonstrated this week, follow the company’s debut earlier this year.

“Enterprise users can watch their networks breathe, and see what the effects of changing traffic patterns are on their networks,” said Paul Callahan, co-founder of Propagate Networks.

The new API allows enterprise access point vendors to create access point networks that can be configured based on corporate policies of specific enterprise customers, said Callahan.

“This makes it easier to set up those networks the way the clients want them, and helps the vendors reduce the truck rolls they might otherwise need to make,” he said.

In regard to the partnerships, Propagate said AutoCell is being integrated with Netgear's new business-class access points, and ReefEdge's ReefSwitch family of managed WLAN switches. Deployed together, the company said it believes these solution can produce more than 50% savings in capital expenditures for a typical enterprise deployment and more than 70% on installation and on-going operations costs.

Propagate said AutoCell also is being integrated with Chantry Networks’ WLAN switching and management products. AutoCell technology allows standard access points to automatically perform channel assignment, power control and load balancing across multiple APs in enterprise environments.
