ADIR acquires NetSpeak; Armstrong Cable on VoIP track

ADIR VoIP Technologies, the Net2Phone spinoff, will acquire NetSpeak for between $46.5 million and $48.2 million in cash. Under terms of the merger agreement, ADIR will pay between $3 and $3.10 per share for all 15.5 million outstanding shares of NetSpeak. The combined companies will supply network management, call-control and application software for voice-over-IP networks run by carriers of all sizes.
